If you are working toward your MHPS or RSPS certification and need more time to complete your 250 supervised work experience hours, you can request an extension before your 6-month certificate expires.
Certemy prefers that participants send extension requests at least one month before their certificate’s expiration date. The sooner you request, the better.
How to Request an Extension #
Email TCBAP at [email protected] and include the following information:
- Your full name
- Your 6-month certificate number
- Your PSS name(s)
- CC your supervisor(s) on the email
- A brief reason for your extension request
