How Long Do I Need to Be Certified as a Peer Before Becoming a PSS?

If you are applying through the Qualified Peer Supervisor (QPS) pathway:

• High school diploma or GED: you must have at least 4 years of work experience as a peer specialist

Associate degree or higher: you must have at least 2 years of work experience as a peer specialist
