This is a 6 hour, interactive workshop around wellness, self-care, mindset and taking action on how you want to feel.

Enhancing Optimism (EO)
A highly interactive workshop aimed at influencing individuals to intentionally maintain high levels of optimism. This is a refreshing conversation where individuals can learn simple and effective tools to improve their daily life perspective.
